Pros
Benefits are excellent, great company match for 401k. There are many opportunities for growth and bonus earnings. The company has seen much geographical growth in the last five years, and as such there are many job offerings throughout the Midwest and the eastern United States.
Cons
In most stores being understaffed is a consistency that often leads to overworked employees who hate their jobs. The company does not stand behind its values, the number one value being people, which also happens to be the name value they violate. More than one manager has had their employment terminated without cause, and as a result received their job back, while other managers who consistently display poor work and attendance continued to be employed.
