Unachievable Expectations - LPP Speedway Employee Review

Unbelievable expectations for everyone. There is NO coaching if you make a mistake as a regular employee. Either you do it perfect the first time or your fired. Im a GM in the LPP Program and its sad at how no matter what we do we are threatened with termination everyday. For example if a manager doesn't meet selling point goals, scheduling matrix, Speedway standards, complete dozens of task a day, check in every 30min we are put on a corrective action plan. I get Speedway want perfection but thats just not possible when they pile so much onto so little.
