Pros
Benefits are great but they can't make up for the daily stupidity you have to deal with. There are a lot of good people working for the company.
Cons
Not enough labor hours. Unreachable bonuses. Everyone took a pay cut with new bonus program. Lack of understanding and compassion for a store managers day to day job. No flexibility. Managers have no power, they are nothing more than overpaid cashiers and maintenance.
