Pros

If you live close and have to work to pay off some bills it would be pocket change no career unless you have a relative that works in the exutive office they hire forigeners to do all the hard work on the production floor. Awlful place to work even their customers are leaving.

Cons

HR in Texsas have no idea whats goin on in the Pataskala Ohio location. IT team get treated better than the ohio team and make more money. The HR staff in ohio Hire on their relatives and friends that no nothing then hire skill IT folks in at a lower rate to train their friends and relatives too much nepotism. No communications, and lots of favortism. I would never recommend anyone their unless you are really desperate.

Pros

Casual dress code. Dog friendly environment. Employee churn rate among the blue collar types is around 75% a year, so there is opportunity to become senior quickly.

Cons

Management, from the C-levels on down, is dysfunctional. Large clients are sold products conceived on a whim to be delivered in impossible timeframe, employees across various departments play a game of musical chairs to determine whos responsible when conceptual vaporware product is not delivered in timely manner. There is no consultation in this process from anyone who would be able to determine feasibility of product. Failures are generally blamed on midlevel management, who are then augmented by a second-tier midlevel management or a new director of some menial task. Compensation is dependent upon bonus that often fails to materialize.
