Pros
The company is a good place to get started in, especially for candidates fresh out of completing their Bachelor's.
The working enironment and peers are encouraging and welcoming for the most part.
Depending on what project you get placed, you can get some good exposure and some solid customer interaction as well.
You get a true idea of how the industry works, the kind of expectations from clients and the timelines for deliverables
Cons
Few perks are offered to employees, especially for long-term employees.
Some of the PC systems are lacking in performance but this depends highly on which team you are placed in, However the IT team is in the process of replacing most systems but is working at a very slow pace.
The IT team is hugely short staffed and cannot meet the daily requirements of the employees in terms of resolution of issues.
Work-life balance is incredibly poor, and as this is a service based company trying to grow its presence in the market, it is at the mercy of the clients (worse if the client is an Indian company)
