There's a small workout or relaxation area where you can play video games, rest, or work out a bit during break or your lunch if you'd prefer.
The management and even owner are very approachable. If you have a concern, you can speak to the service team supervisor and it can be discussed and worked out.
Once you start going onsite to help out clients, you'll be able to meet many of the people we help and put a face to the name. This is the biggest pro for me personally.
Cons
MSPs aren't for everyone, but if you can handle IT even when it gets stressful, you'll do very well here.
