Pros

The employees are top notch individuals with excellent drive and passion. Product Development displays excellent ingenuity and creativity for solving customer issues.

Cons

Owner is fickle, judgmental, and moody. He sets the tone for the culture, and most walk on eggshells, especially on the Sales and Marketing side of the business. Most employees leave or are let go within 2 years, so job security is minimal. Family benefits are very expensive.

Pros

Working under Mike Thurow ( Owner) as a Sales Consultant was an amazing experience - he is somebody you would want to work under his Leadership for a lifelong career. Moral & business ethics are admirable ! He’s a thoughtful leader who authentically cares about people & purpose! I learned a lot (very educational & fun) and felt supported by him and will never forget this experience !

Cons

None - great family owned & operated by Mike Thurow …. Very generous and supportive on so many levels !

Pros

- Some of my coworkers were really nice, but eventually they left - Short commute (but be prepared for NO remote work opportunity, even for scheduled appointments)

Cons

- Severe micromanaging by management - No opportunity for growth or advancement or even to share your opinion for how to sell a dated product - EXTREMELY high employee turnover - Owners direction and favor of you can change on a whim for no conceivable reason - I witnessed employees be berated and belittled by management in front of others - Everyone talks amongst themselves about how quickly they can leave
