      Pros

      A specialty services division of STERIS Corp, a well-known and admired company world-wide. Middle Management and Regional VP's are an excellent resource and great support for local reps and employees.

      Cons

      Substandard levels of compensation as compared to the competition. Senior level management are somewhat out of touch with the needs of employees and any support from that level is few and far between.

      Pros

      Professional environment with excellent like minded coworkers. All striving to accomplish the same goal which is to follow the company mantra. They believe in giving the employees an excellent benefits package and are consistently working hard to ensure employee longevity.

      Cons

      you'll need to be comfortable with travel as with any national sales/service company.
