Way to short staffed on off shift. For Experienced workers. Phone turned into a work phone constantly texted on break about presses down or scrap from jobs. Depending on the material you don’t really have a choice on a lunch or 5 mins. Too many Rotating new supv quit that leave on how environment/shop runs. 8 of them in 3-4 years Lots Process sheets outdated. lack accountability on scrap on shift turn. Few presses automation just awful and never changes up too you fix the press every 20/30 mins. If you ever get the time. Operators can’t listen to music. Most Seem very unhappy. Most don’t last few months.
