Pros
I loved the diversity of the workforce here. Free light lunch once a month. Sometimes got freezee or ice cream. Sometimes got extra hours (bigger pay).
Cons
Highest employee turnover I’ve ever seen. It may be because problems are solved by promptly firing any/all who make issues known. No air conditioning. During the summers it was typically 10 to 15 degrees hotter inside than the outside air, meaning workers were labouring all day in temperatures of 40 to 50 degrees C. It’s a wonder that there were no casualties. There’s one supervisor who was very abusive to everyone. I can’t see how that could be lawful yet he’s been doing it for years. This is as much as I’m willing to say about the company (even anonymously). I strongly advise seeking employment elsewhere.
