They will stunt your growth - Software Engineer Spectrum (KS) Employee Review

If you are someone who is passionate about software development, engineering, and the software development/engineering life cycle, do not work here. They will stunt your growth and prevent you from learning anything that is considered good practice or modern. I am only writing this review due to the complete lack of care for employees and the sheer lack of knowledge from higher ups. Unfortunately, this company hires individuals straight out of university and through this individuals are misled and misguided into bad practices if they do not learn modern practices outside of work.
