Pros

Very nice friendly staff make it fun to work with. Good solid product with a nice reputation in the field. Easy to demo product to customers and have them try it out.

Cons

Too many ways to sell - Direct to End User, through resellers, and through other channels. These tend to be at war against each other - resellers don't appreciate the direct sales and it makes them want to sell a competitors product. Instead of using a CRM you have to fill out several spreadsheets of customer information where a CRM would be one place to enter it all. Long lead times in getting product to the customer - 6-8 weeks in most cases. Takes a year or so to develop new products that keep up with the latest industry trends.

Pros

Competitive wages, plenty of hours, respectful coworkers, motivation to get a degree to not be stuck working there.

Cons

Disrespectful management and minimal leadership, very condescending with nearly all of the new employees for the summer. Primitive production methods on the assembly line. Lots of lifting with back and core. One coworker had something like 6 hernias and another who left on medical leave shortly before I started was on his second hernia. No full hour lunch break unless you are management. Wouldn't be a problem if the shifts were 8 instead of 10 hours. They will tell you that the 5th day (Friday) is optional but most of the time it isn't. If I weren't in my early 20's that would've been more of a problem but 50 hour weeks of back breaking work for a meager paycheck is ridiculous.
