Pros
If you have a passion for helping people it is very rewarding to make a positive difference in their lives. It really does keep you grounded and appreciative of your life.
Cons
The downside to working there is the executive management who misappropriate funds, and has respect of persons. The compensation is already very low so you are working there because of your passion to serve the less fortunate demographics in society so it is extremely disheartening to see actions that contradict the policy of the state and contract regulations. Never share ideas because they will implement and take the credit and call you a liar if you mention it. They want you to work 12 to 16 hours a days with no additional compensation.
