Pros
I have worked for Spectrum for many years I come to work everyday with new enthusiasm and excitement to see what the day will bring. Co workers are outstanding and the support of management is great. It is great to see our clients living longer in their homes because of what we do. When it is time to leave their homes our warm and caring staff at the Assisted Living communities help make this transition as stress free as possible. We are able to do this because of our well trained and diverse staff. Everyone can say they have a job and have to go to work today. I get to say that I have a GREAT job and I am I GET to go to work today!

If I had to say there is a con with working for Spectrum I would say it is a lack of communication with the communities they are involved with.
