Pros
Free cable if you live in the coverage area. Many popular programs and sporting events aired on networks.
Cons
Weren't able to sell all networks or programs. National sales would take inventory from local and local never knew what n was available. Very top-heaver and management LOVES meetings. Meetings and scheduling reports performed daily with about 2 trainings or conference calls every week. So reps were left with a few hours a day to actually sell.
