Great pay plus commission ( you could pull yourself out of 40grand in debt while support 2households, kinda money, in the first year) Amazing health insurance (even covered my husband (not married by the government) and mother in law who lived with us. Great vacation,personal days, an sick days.
Cons
Since COVID. They keep changing from remote to in office, with no notice (which sucks if u use a day care an commute) They changed the commission scale so people who were used to getting 10g a month now only get 2g a month. The insurance changed with how much company applies an how they apply for the 401k an HSA with out letting employees know. The management has been leaving in large groups, which means new management has little experience. An a good manager is how you will make your money. Overtime is mandatory an before COVID was at least one week out the month, but now it's everyday for the last 2years with maybe 2 days in a month with out the o.t.
