The benefits are in line with other employers and is the sole reason many stay. There are various positions for al skill levels from entry to advanced.
Cons
Tone deaf executives. Low pay with below Cost of Living raises...typically below 3% for the majority of employees. There is no flex work to allow for work from home unless it's for one team in Denver. CEO stated find another company if you want WFH. Employees are not valued. Skilled employees are leaving the company in greater numbers than ever.
