      Spectrum had some nice reporters and photogs that were very nice to work with.

      not a good culture and very toxic vibes and energy from most management.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      Cons

      None really, we were treated decently.
