      Pros

      Mostly nice people to work with. Lots of cake. (birthdays, potlucks, being #1, etc... Holiday dinners!

      Cons

      Office politics. Having knowledge doesn't always count in getting a promotion. Not very many chances for downtime off the phone. Small window for requesting time off.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      Cons

      None really, we were treated decently.
