Micromanagement, can’t use the restroom when you need to, does not like to promote within, a lot of secret and hush-hush nepotism in this department. The Fraud department has their own HR department which is just one person. There job is to buffers anything from getting to the real HR department or corporate, because it’s so corrupt.
It’s the Fraud Department but they treat it as though it’s a call center. There’s a service level, QA and a grading system every week that they’ve made up that is unrealistic for agents to actually conquer. If you don’t do a good job with that grading system within 3 to 6 months of shift changes. So your work life balance changes every 3 to 6 months.
If you want to be upset every day by policies and procedures . If do not care about not having a moment to catch your breath In between calls and not allowed to gather your thoughts in between calls, apply.
