      Pros

      Lost of entry level positions that do not require any kind of experience. Training is provided. Benefit are a little above average.

      Cons

      In the BBT field, its kind of a dead end field once you get trained up. Some of the fleet vehicles should have been disposed of a long time ago.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
