Free cable & internet, nice coworkers, updated design tools & technology

Cons

Micromanaging, no work from home options anymore, tedious & exhausting review process on projects, no autonomy or creativity allowed, high turnover, condescending and out of touch leadership. Strict, outdated dress code. Very secretive culture and no communication from leaders down.

Pros

Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

Cons

Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
