Pros

The ramp up comp is generous, but after that, I could see it would be difficult to meet quote which they had just moved up to 12 sales per month. Hard to sell triple play when most people have no need for a home phone service.

Cons

Very hard to sell triple play at a high cost compared to the competition, namely Dish.
