Pay Plan for Business Executives starts on a sliding scale, 85%, 55%, 30% of expected monthly sales up front, which helps you get your feet on the ground.
Cons
Confusion over commission structures, changing frequently (who doesn't do that)? Frustrating and stress producing monthly quotas each and every month. Poor construction updates on employee level, (has to filter down from director to manager to employee). Lots of meetings but effective follow up by managers.
