Pros
Flexible. VP level was solid. Vision was there. Travel was hard, but worth the effort to obtain the results we needed. Overall good experience.
Cons
travel was hard. goals were tough to hit. at times goals were statistically unattainable. change happens often and without notice. very difficult to get front line employees to change that quickly.
