With Charter Business, most managers are extremely hands off and will let you succeed and not get in your way
Cons
Your commissions do not get paid until the month after they get installed, which is typical in telecom. The issues arise when there is an issue with construction, delayed ports, or any other problem that may arise because 6 people touch a single order, and your install doesn't happen until 2-4 months after it is sold (if at all because the customer is frustrated with delays).
