Decent pay, bad work atmosphere - Broadband Sales Specialist Spectrum Employee Review

Serious micromanagement, Huge turnover rate, forced overtime...Did I mention micromanagement? My close ratio dropped from above average (for over a year) down to average. And I was put on PIP for that. All my other stats were in line. I was being punished for having an 'average' closing month, while still making money.
