Pros

Reasonable pay, good benefits. Commitment to training; you will get weekly meetings with your supervisor into how to improve. Lots of leeway to make mistakes and learn from them. Very good at including minority groups, veterans, etc.

Cons

The writing is on the wall. Customers are often tricked into adding services that they don't want. They've even reported having services added that they *can't* use (i.e. customers without TVs getting TV service added to their account). Charter also continues to charge customers whose services are disconnected due to non-pay. For example, if services are turned off on 6/1, their bill cycle ends 6/6, and they turn in their equipment 6/7, they will be charged “for service” through 7/6, even though they couldn't possibly use the service. Lastly, the training programs could use a lot of work. They set aside more than enough time to learn, and they do a good job of making sure that you understand the material. However, the information is often wrong, outdated, and/or outright missing.
