      Pros

      Fair pay, good benefits, take truck home, free phone, cable, and internet. Work on your own, nobody breathing down your neck all day.

      Cons

      not for everyone, work outside in all weather, heights, and crawl spaces. Going into peoples homes, most are great, but there are some nasty ones out there.
