Oppressive, horrible conditions - Designer Spectrum Employee Review

Being constantly monitored, inflexible work hours, public humiliation of employees, immediate dismissal if course are failed (they neglected to tell anyone this prior to signing on. I passed, but I saw some people who quit their jobs to take a Charter position shown the door after 4 weeks). Questoined if bathroom breaks exceeded 10 minutes.I bolted after only four months. A complete waste of time.
