Pros
The company starts employees at a decent wage and gives annual raises in most departments. They offer discounted products and services to employees and have reciprocal agreements with other providers outside of their footprint. They have many shift options available to choose from and offer paid training to employees.
Cons
Ther is poor management throughout the company, the worst being middle management in the call centers. While Charter offers great products, most of the equipment is outdated compared to their peers and competition. There are constant changes to bonuses and commissions for the worse and much inconsistency throughout company.
