WARNING - Director of Product Management Spectrum Employee Review

Charter is a heartless and cold place to work. Manager are allowed to bully and belittle employees without recourse. Not only is toxic behavior allowed, it's rewarded. There is a known pattern of harassment in the Video Product team in Colorado - with multiple reports to HR. The result is not corrective action to the manager, but termination of the victim.
