Unrealistic sales goal selling services with outdated equipment, Services are not abreast with equipment, Unreasonable service prices, upper management does seems disconnected to lower tier workers who could possibly have some great ideas to help company as a whole, After recent merger with Bright House and Time Warner Cable a lot of changes been made to save company money and not offer the customer best service. Departments are not all on same accord. ok pay for work load, capped commission.
