      Pros

      flexibility of time, no contracts. Health benefits are great as well as time off.

      Cons

      They changed the comp plan to slave wages. Because a customer changed their mind after a certain time and i sold 10 triples, that one that downgraded their svc caused me to not get paid on 17 sales. smh. Its ridiculous what they have done and it should be illegal.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
