Pros
Great benefits. Great co-workers. If you like to work a lot of overtime and spend little time with your family, this is the perfect place to work.
Cons
No loyalty to employees that have been there for a long time. The company boasts that they are adding more positions, but what they are not telling you is they are letting go of many people that have worked there for many years. They are keeping Time Warner employees and letting go of Charter employees.
