Demand your raise - Field Service Technician Spectrum Employee Review

Company the design from the top down to work employees to DEATH and pay very them very little incentives for there hard work. I worked there for 9 yrs as a field tech and did NOT even break a $1.25 out of the total 9 yrs. Most of my metrics where decent. But no promotion and very little raise. Union scares them. Hmmmmm
