      Great income, flexibility, autonomy (if you earn it), solid product, easy to sell services, decent benefits, well recognized brand (can be a negative, too)

      Long hours to make good money, management has too many things going on to be concerned with your success, good 'ol boy network

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      Cons

      None really, we were treated decently.
