Like most high level sales jobs, there is a lot of micromanaging involved and selling is the highest priority. Every time the company increases pay... you'll get all the whining for 6 months.... and that's IF YOU FIND OUT FROM MANAGEMENT... sometimes you don't even know until AFTER it happens. Ask reps how long they've been working there, if it's less than 3 years, don't work at that location
