Pros
Great environment to work in. Loved the people I worked with and the work was always fun and challenging. I left because my job moved to one of three Centers of Excellence in St. Louis, Dallas, and Charlotte. I wasn't able to move due to family commitments.
Cons
Spectrum Reach rolled out quite a few new programs over the last 5 years that when launched weren't vetted completely and made our jobs challenging at times and difficult for our clients.
