Benefits and flexibility pretty good, prepare to be in a stressful environment - Service Coordinator Spectrum Employee Review

Culture at the field office level is not great. Lot of stress for supervisors and up and support staff makes for a stressful environment. I work for a team that is not in the same area as I so the negative environment is not my team but greatly effects me. Field office is open cubicles very close together no quiet areas to work. Work load is very high , not enough support people. They are big on job progress IF you're in certain positions, mine not being one of those. No control or say in tasks or dept I work in, I get moved around as company needs see fit. I get one raise per year which is not based on anything I do, its pretty much set as what the budget allows , around 3%. Communication is overall pretty poor company wide.
