Pros

Close to home and good parking

Cons

Horrible Company! Very bad benefits, policies, upper management and HR. If you disagree with HR you are targeted for termination. You need to follow their rules and not speak up. I seen 3 Managers quit and walk out during the work day. I seen operators terminated for the slightest reasons. Their Customers are canceling their sales orders, On Time Delivery is very bad, worst turn over I've ever seen in a company. Fake 5 star review ratings from sly HR.

APITech’s employees are our most important asset, and APITech decisions or policies that are made are in support of our employees. We encourage our employees to discuss their concerns with their management team, as there is an open door policy. Collectively, we are on a journey of continuous improvement and operational excellence, and we ask employees to bring their personal best to work everyday. Changes will not occur over night, but over time. Our goal is always to meet the needs of our customers with quality products that are delivered on time. Many managers and senior leaders have asked employees to post Glassdoor reviews that are reflective of their work experience and opinions on APITech. We trust that employees and former employees provide fact-based and accurate reviews.

Pros

A 4-day work week is super nice, but I would rather work at a company with a 5-day work week that pays much better and values its employees.

Cons

No growth opportunities, and the pay is terrible. The workload is too much for the lack of people on the team, and you don't get a bonus, no matter how hard you work. The company preaches growth opportunities and brags about how they are growing and always exceeding profit goals, but if you aren't high enough in the company, you won't be rewarded for it. I would say 80% of the employees are underpaid, and it's only a 2%-3% raise each year.
