      -Extremely limited career growth. -Demanding hours with a limited support system. -Salary below industry standard- with the expectation that managers supplement their income with tipped bartending shifts. -Very high turnover.

      Pros

      Money can be good for concerts. We make easy drinks.

      Cons

      Money can be terrible there depending on the event. For the dirty dancing musicals I made about 30 dollars per day. Also the bars are also concession stands, so most people will not tip when they just get candy/bottle water/popcorn, etc. And you have to tip out a percentage of total sales to your barback because they get paid 4 bucks an hour too. There is also a very isolated bar in the second floor and there is no money to be made there.
