Benefits, 6% Match 401k, HSA FSA spending, insurance with BCBS, paid time off, flexible scheduling based on performance, endless commission, paid training

Cons

The customers are getting increasingly more difficult to have a conversation with. There is a high turnover in this position specifically, I am the last remaining team member and everyone left after one year. I’ve been here for three years.
