Pros
Really glad that I came to the company. You never know what a place will be like until your there and I have not had any surprises so far. Training was superb and quite refreshing to see a company take an interest in making sure training isn't something that gets pushed to the back burner. I would also say that the team is close knit so I worried about how it would be for a new person. Again I didn't have any surprises. It just is a very welcoming company and work atmosphere that doesn't feel as stressful even with a lot of tight timelines and work. It is a relief to not feel the stress the way I have at other jobs and I am encouraged to come out of my shell to speak up and be a part of decision making, which makes me excited for the future. This is a great place for someone like me who is more comfortable being in the background instead of in front. It seems like the company is also doing a lot for the betterment of employees which is always a plus. I am excited to see what else comes out.
