Constant pressure; working at 100% capacity, 100% of the time while trying to get 1% better every day is not sustainable Salary is often paid too late frequent burnout; no support when this happens The culture in the company has completely collapsed Career/training development is not prioritized - "self onboarding" and no exit interview Lack of recognition of work done / Lack of structure makes things feel chaotic. This has reduced my confidence in my work and impacted my approach to finding a new role.
