Great management, respectful, communicative. Values-driven and one of the best companies I ever worked for. People care about each other and this is led from the very top. Company setup Spectris Foundation giving back to the community.
Cons
Sometimes can be difficult working with Operating Companies, although this is improving with new presidents.
