      Pros

      team players, co workers are very willing to help or train. Good people to work with

      Cons

      Management is too quick to judge. You can be certified for 20 or so operations and the next day, they will terminate you and for no apparent reason. And will not explain anything.

      Distance from the Twin Cities, but great location for those in Western suburbs.

      Pros

      All shifts aside from 1st are relaxed with independent work. There is nothing physically demanding, and breaks are at employee discretion. The employee generated improvement programs rewards are a nice, easy perk, and the benefits are solid. I've worked here twice, and would again.

      Cons

      The communication is not good. First shift is filled with gossip, favorites, and lazy people who've been there forever.
