Some of the management has power trips and will punish you if they feel you complain. They are very strict and will fire you for anything. They had tight budgets for food and sometimes we had to scrape together random things to make a meal for the patients. If the patient count went down, they'd make the budget even tighter. They will place new hire plants in the group homes to set employees up to get fired. It's difficult to move to a different area if you are needed where they place you.
