      Some good working level people

      Terrible business decisions made in a vacuum by totally unqualified managers that are friends of owners and management. They don't take the time to understand the individual markets before making ridiculous business decisions that harm the business that they end up walking back. Then they blame the branches. Poor benefits, antiquated systems, and micro management down to daily activity.

      There are no pros. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

      Cons

      Management does not care about the employees, only the bottom dollar. The workplace is hostile. The turnover is very high. They set you up for failure rather than success. HR is a joke, but only management makes it that way. They get rid of anyone with cancer. I cannot stress enough how terrible the company is.
