Pros

Work from home - Team members who were not related to management were a breeze to work with.

Cons

Manipulative, deceptive and somewhat abusive practices. Promoting inexperienced people into people management with no training. You will spend most of your time stalling the clients you interact with over a product with issues no amount of developers can seem to fix for more than a week. Tons of nepotism - Look at all negative reviews - They are all from the same team (CS) Meaning there are fundamental issues with the individuals in leadership. Good luck!

The 401(k) isn't matched, but that's not common anymore

Pay, PTO, remote work, and other benefits.

Cons

Leadership is not transparent, and employee concerns do not seem to be handled in a meaningful or constructive way. The company appears highly focused on financial performance, often at the expense of employee experience and customer outcomes. Changes in leadership and structure have created an environment I would not recommend to others.
